With a gift shop featuring work from over 40 artists, you are guaranteed to be browsing their shelves of jewellery, leatherwork and art for hours on end. Above the gift shop is The Glamorous Owl’s very own workshop run by local silversmith, and Glamorous Owl owner, Claire Chapman and her team. Offering jewellery workshops and courses from bespoke wedding ring workshops to twelve week silversmithing courses, Claire and the team will tutor and guide you through your jewellery making process.

At the School of Jewellery, we offer a diverse range of workshops designed to cater to different interests and skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to explore the world of jewellery-making or an experienced jeweler wanting to enhance your skills, we have something for everyone. Here are the various workshops we offer at The Glamorous Owl, we offer a diverse range of courses to satisfy everyone's creativity. Our everyday workshops cater to those who are looking for a quick creative outlet while our wedding ring creation workshop serves as the perfect bonding experience for couples. Our rings & things workshop focuses on creating unique pieces for personal expressions while the spinner ring workshop helps create an interesting gift for enthusiasts. The saw piercing workshop teaches beginners the basic techniques needed to create intricate designs while the stacker ring workshop is all about accessorizing with endless possibilities. For those who are serious about honing their craft, our 12-week course offers an in-depth curriculum where one can learn the art of jewelry making and gain practical experience. Book a Workshop/Gift Card

We offer a wide range of workshops from Everyday Workshops through to jewellery School. The 2 Hour workshops are for larger groups and the longer workshops are for more specific jewellery where capacity is reduced.

Are you booking for more than one? Why don’t you buy a gift card/certificate for 2 people or 3 people as this will discount your appointment. Once you then receive your gift card via email, you can then redeem the gift card code on the website and book in which ever appointment you wish.

This session also included afternoon tea which was a lovely touch to add to the day and the end product with the rings was excellent. Claire was fantastic throughout the whole session with 1-2-1 support and created a really personalised experience for me and my partner. I could not recommend the wedding ring making session enough and would recommend this shop for anyone.
